Unconditional Guarantee
Each Staffing Source employee is guaranteed to meet your expectations. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, if our employee does not meet your performance expectations, simply call our office within 24 hours and you will not be invoiced for the work you find less than satisfactory. Our comprehensive evaluations and interview process were designed to ensure your satisfaction. . . and as a result, we are able to offer this unconditional guarantee with the highest level of confidence!
Conversion Policy
On the occasion where one of Staffing Source’s employees is offered the opportunity for employment with our client, we require that the employee remain on our payroll for a period of 13 weeks (520 hours). At the end of the 13-week conversion period, our client is free to hire the employee with no additional fee. However, if the client wishes to hire the employee prior to completion of the 13 week conversion period, the client may contact Staffing Source regarding a conversion fee.
